13 Best Postural Exercises for Forward Head Posture & Rounded Shoulders ...

As I look around the Internet for ways to enhance our practice of yoga, I have also come upon many Physical Therapy sites that have some really great information regarding posture, the proper walking habits, and ways to help us move around more comfortably as we age.  So from time to time, you might see a non-yoga article or video like the one below. 
 I recently found this great video for you to watch when you get a chance, and possibly do some of the exercises in this Youtube Video.  It is called  “ The 13 Best Postural Exercises” by Dr. Alan Mandel.  Many of the exercises shown are to help correct rounded shoulders and the head from thrusting forward.  You might find that some of the exercises - which are mostly yoga pose's -  a bit too much for you, so just work on the ones that are do-able for you.  “Do What You Can With What You’ve Got “ Teddy Roosevelt.
