I came across a great video - Dr. Fishman's Method - 12 Poses vs Osteoporosis.  I will be teaching the poses from this video a number of times throughout the rest of the summer.  I really love that the video includes 3 different versions of each of the twelve poses, hopefully making them do-able for all of us. You can even make up your own version, especially for some of the seated poses, where legs are crossed.  You could even work with one leg bent and the other straight ahead, especially if you have knee issues.
